Her passion for medicine and patient well-being shines through in everything she does. When she is not managing the practice, she stays active by hitting the gym and exploring the outdoors on hikes. She is also committed to lifelong learning - always pursuing further education in medicine to deepen her knowledge and enhance the care we provide.

Personal Injury Manager

Sara Arreguin has been an invaluable member of the Red Rock Neurology & Pain Management team for over four years. As our dedicated personal injury manager, Sara plays a crucial role in ensuring that every personal injury patient receives attentive, compassionate care and support throughout their recovery journey. Known of her unwavering commitment, she is available around the clock to assist patients, providing guidance and advocacy when they need it most. Outside of work, sara enjoys catching a good soccer game and is an avid fan of WWE, always ready to cheer on her favorite athletes. 

Workers’ Compensation Manager

A Certified Clinical Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, she brings a background in both medical and social work, including experience in Basic Skills Training. She is passionate about helping others and is proud to continue that mission at Red Rock. Outside of work, Kortnie enjoys spending time with family, reading, and exploring new recipes.
