Mindy Toombs has been an integral part of Red Rock Neurology and Pain Management for three years, consistently bringing organization, compassion and a patient-focused approach to our daily operations. As practice manager, she is responsible for maintaining smooth practice functions and for creating a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients and staff alike. Beyond work, Mindy enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud parent of three. She also shares her home with two birds and a do. During her quiet moments, she finds peace in reading and finds it essential to recharge. Mindy’s dedication, meticulousness and pursuit of excellence helps make our practice comfortable, supportive and a caring environment for everyone.

Sara Arreguin has been a vital part of the Red Rock Neurology & Pain Management team for over four years. As our personal injury manager, she ensures that every patient receives attentive and compassionate care during their recovery. Known for her dedication, Sara is always available to support patients with guidance and advocacy when needed. Outside of work, she enjoys watching soccer matches and is a passionate WWE fan, always eager to cheer on her favorite wrestlers.

Meet Ashley. Ashley helps keep our days running smoothly with her deep expertise in training, practice operations and patient satisfaction. She ensures every patient feels informed, supported and well cared for. Her passion for medicine and patient well-being shows in everything she does. When she’s not managing Workers’ Compensation, you’ll likely find her at the gym or enjoying the outdoors on a hike. Ashley also loves learning and is continually expanding her medical education to grow her skills and help our team deliver the best care possible.
