Sara Arreguin has been an invaluable member of the Red Rock Neurology & Pain Management team for over four years. As our dedicated personal injury manager, Sara plays a crucial role in ensuring that every personal injury patient receives attentive, compassionate care and support throughout their recovery journey. Known of her unwavering commitment, she is available around the clock to assist patients, providing guidance and advocacy when they need it most. Outside of work, sara enjoys catching a good soccer game and is an avid fan of WWE, always ready to cheer on her favorite athletes. 

Practice Manager

Mindy Toombs has been an integral part of our team for nearly three years, bringing consistency, organization, and a patient-centered approach to the daily operations of our practice. As Practice Manager, she plays a vital role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and staff. Outside of work, Mindy enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud parent of three children. She also shares her home with two birds and a dog. In her quieter moments, she loves reading and values peace and quiet as a way to recharge. Mindy’s dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help make our practice a place where patients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for.
